AMERICAN HERITAGE TIME USE STUDY EXTRACT BUILDER
The AHTUS is a harmonized collection of time diary data from the U.S. for the period 1930 to 2012. IPUMS AHTUS is a data extract builder that allows users to create custom time use variables and data extracts for analysis. This project is a collaboration of the Minnesota Population Center, the Maryland Population Research Center and the Centre for Time Use Research at the University College London.

What is IPUMS?
IPUMS provides census and survey data from around the world integrated across time and space. IPUMS integration and documentation makes it easy to study change, conduct comparative research, merge information across data types, and analyze individuals within family and community context. Data and services available free of charge.
